FAQs

What services do you offer?

We do Dog Walks, Daycare and Dog boarding.

 

What are your fees?

How long will the walk last?

In total, your dog will be outside for about 2 hours. We explain it better here.

 

Would you walk my dog if it’s raining?

Rain, snow or viruses… nothing can stop the Pawvengers!

 

What times are the walks?

This is our schedule:

  • First walk: pick ups from 7:30 to 8:10 – Drop off from 9:40 to 10:20.
  • Second walk: pick ups from 10:50 to 11:30 – Drop off from 13:00 to 13:40.

 

Will I know how my dog is doing?

Yes, we’ll send you pictures and videos. At the drop off time we will update you with any news about how they did.

 

What leash do Pawvengers use?

We use our own leashes, never our customer’s one. This is because we use specific leashes, all of the same style, and we don’t want our customer’s leashes to get dirty or lost.

 

Do Pawvengers use e-collars?

Nope, we try to understand dog’s psychology and change their behaviour with training. However, we could use it if customers request it and offer it.

 

My dog needs special care. Is that ok?

Yes, we’ll ask you about this in our welcome form.

 

What areas do you cover?

So far, we have covered Notting Hill, Kilburn, Paddington, Royal Oak and Shepherd’s Bush.

 

Where will my dog sleep?

We live at 47 Gaydon House, Bourne Terrace, W2 5TG. We have some treats, toys, beds, creates and so much love to give them!

 

Will you feed my dog?

Yes! We want to make sure we feed them properly, so we’ll ask you about this in our welcome form. You can give us their food when we pick them up, or we can give them from our food for an additional charge based on food requirements.

 

Is there any size limit?

There are NO limits in Pawvengers 🙂

 

How many dogs do you walk at one time?

We completely follow the rules and only walk a maximum of FOUR dogs per person and walk. This is not just because of the law, but because we think we can’t focus enough on all of them when we have many dogs.

 

How far in advance can I make a booking?

You must let us know at least the day before so that we can organize the day, but we recommend that you tell us as soon as possible to guarantee availability. If you tell us the same day, we may be already full.

 

What are the payment options?

We accept cash and online payments, both will be charged once the service is done. Online payments are made throught our accounting software and it’s 100% safe.

 

What are the cancellation policies?

Everything will be fine if you let us know at least one day in advance. If you cancel the same day, you will be charged 30% of the price. In the case you booked more than one day, the cap is £40 and we won’t charge you more.

 

Will you need our house keys?

This is not mandatory at all, but we would appreciate being able to have them to streamline our work. All keys are kept securely and are covered by our insurance.

 

Does any insurance cover you?

Yes, we have insurances that cover our dogs, our car and our customers’ keys.

 

What happens if my dog gets into a fight or is injured by accident?

We’ll call you as soon as something happens to let you know and, if necessary, we’ll take your dog to the vet.
