Carvenger, longer walks and new rates

Woof! This is Psycho, Pawvengers’ leader and our human’s son, you can easily see me in the front of our logo. I’ve got some exciting news to tell you all, and I promise I’ll keep it short. All this changes are starting from Monday the 11th of April.

Carvenger

First of all, I’m delighted to tell you that we recently got a car! We call it ‘Carvenger‘ for obvious reasons, and because of that, we’re making some important changes that you all should know about.

Less walks, longer walks

Indeed, we’re cutting the number of our walks. We’ve decided to do only TWO walks per day, but in exchange we’ll do longer walks. The reason for this change is to be able to provide a better service to our Pawvengers, since we’ll be able to spend more time with them in the park and enjoy more time together. This will be the new schedule:

• First walk: pick ups from 7:30 to 8:10 – Drop off from 9:40 to 10:20.
• Second walk: pick ups from 10:50 to 11:30 – Drop off from 13:00 to 13:40.

We would also like to emphasize the Day Care and Boardings schedules. Day Care will end no later than 5/5:30pm, and Boardings will end at the first walk’s pick-up time of the next day, that is, if the dog stays longer than that, an extra fee will be charged according to as long as they stay.

• Day Care: until 5:30pm same day.
  
• Boarding: until 7:30/8:10am next day.

New rates

For various reasons, our rates are also changing, and you can check them by following this link. Of course, we would like to clarify the reasons for this change.

One of the main reasons for this change is the current general rise in prices that is taking place in our country. This, together with the new expenses that the car entails, forces us to have to adjust our prices.

We would also like to clarify that this price increase does not make us the most expensive company in London, in fact, it aligns us with the normalized prices that other companies with our characteristics have. We started with reduced prices according to our situation as a new company, and now we simply adjust to the new situation. In addition, this will help us to achieve our next goals, which we’ll explain now.

Upcoming news

Finally, we would like to tell you what our next steps will be.

Licenses: in the following months, we are going to buy new licenses to be able to walk in new Royal Parks. In this way, our Pawvengers will see and enjoy new landscapes!

New humans: soon we will start a new process to hire a new human to help us in our missions in the parks! So you may see us with someone new doing a training to be part of Pawvengers.

New certificates: as we grow, we want to improve our knowledge and skills too! That’s why we always keep studying our furry friends to understand them better.
